Wills & Smerdon opened its doors to the parade in 1933, making it the first Estate Agency in the village. Wills & Smerdon have occupied its East Horsley branch for over 80 years. In 2001, James Harper purchased the business and with his team provide collectively 163 years of local knowledge and property experience.
