Local Landlords

We are busy renting property since the lockdown has been released for estate & letting agents in the UK. We now have an abundance of applicants looking to rent in the local area. We are running low on stock and yet we are aware that many landlords have local property that is vacant or are struggling with the property management. Especially at this time where the electrical inspection legislation is coming into force within the month! We are here to help you!

You are in safe hands

Further to the government guidelines announced on 12th May, we are conducting all of our valuations and viewings adhering to strict health and safety social distancing policies:

Disinfecting surfaces.  We are asking that all property occupiers ensure that all surfaces are disinfected, and all doors are open before a valuation or viewing takes place to avoid cross-contamination via touching surfaces.  Door handles and locks must be disinfected before and after all physical appointments.

No touching.  It is advised that people keep their hands in their pockets and do not touch surfaces wherever possible.  If they need to do this, ensure the surface is cleaned with a disinfectant before and afterward.

Handwashing facilities.  These must be provided with soap and water or sanitiser and clean towels or paper towels, which must then be disposed of in a closed bin.

Facemasks.  It is advised that everyone wears a mask across their nose and mouth, this does not need to be medical grade.  We will endeavour to provide these, but ask that property occupiers or viewers try to come prepared with their own masks if possible.
