"We bought a small house in East Horsley in 2011 after having advice from the sales side of wills and smerdon. We asked them the requirements of a rental property, as we were novices. The advice was good and after we had refurbished it, we handed it over to the rental department to find a tenant for us. This was done very professionally, and great care was taken with the details and advertising on the internet. After a tenant was found, and the rent agreed, the girls in the office had soon taken up the required references, and drawn up the contracts for signature. The whole process went off very smoothly, and although we are managing the property ourselves, they are always at the end of the telephone or happy to talk to us, if we have a problem, and call into the office for advice. They made our first attempt at being land lords very easy, the rent arrives on time, with a monthly email from the office to say it has been transferred to our account."
